Release 3.0 – Optimize Intra-Office Communication

We're really excited about two new major features in version 3.0 First, Hello Health's overall speed has been significantly increased, thanks to a complete refactoring of the code. We then developed a solution to meet staff in-office communication needs. With the creation of a new role for the Practice Management (PM) team, healthcare providers and staff can now work together securely, online.

Maximize Practice Workflow with the new Practice Management Feature

The new PM role enables providers to increase overall workflow and productivity. PMs can now access and manage the provider's tasks. Providers can delegate operational tasks to the PM, which will free up provider time to see patients. Our new one-to-many feature also allows for busy PMs of practices with multiple healthcare providers to work for multiple providers under one single login account.

Increase Productivity with Enhanced Intra-Office Communication

In addition to being able to manage, send or receive an email on behalf of a provider, PMs now have their own secure email account. They can receive, send and read emails on their personal account, to or from the selected provider.

Easy-to-Manage, Easy-to-Use

We've integrated the PM role to have the same team management mechanism as the doctor/colleagues side. Creating a new Practice Manager profile with Hello Health is simple. Duplicate accounts are prevented by instant detection during the account creation process, keeping team members organized and easy-to-manage. And, staff relationships are automatically generated - each member is intuitively added to the other's team.
